Policy Renewal

Your renewal premium is listed on your renewal notice. Some policies have additional fees apart from the premium, which may be listed separately on the renewal notice. That’s why it’s vital to review your renewal notice carefully.

Depending on the type of policy you have, some changes can be made as mid-term adjustments. If you wish to change your coverage, home address or contact information, reply to the renewal notice and we can help you implement those changes before you renew your policy.

You’ll receive the new policy documents via email or through your customer portal, depending on the type of policy you have. Oftentimes, you’ll receive your documents before the renewal date along with your renewal notice.

Your renewal term is typically set. However, depending on the policy you have, you may be able to cancel mid-term and receive a pro-rated refund. Additionally, many policies include payment options which may have associated fees.
