Domestic Travel
A period of round-trip travel insurance to a destination that is at least 100 miles from your primary residence. You can travel with our plans while in the United States.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

Key Features
Adventure Sport Coverage
Plan provides travel medial insurance benefits for many sports that are not covered elsewhere. These activities include leisure and non-professional extreme sports activities in cycling, mountain climbing, fishing, scuba, snorkeling, white- or black-water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, camping, hiking, backpacking, and sailing.
Winter sports include downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, off-trail and back-country skiing and snowboarding, snowmobiling, tobogganing, snow tubing, and ice skating, except as designated unsafe by resort management.
Domestic Travel
A period of round-trip travel to a destination at least 100 miles from your primary residence—including travel plans in the United States.
Resumption of Trip
Did your trip get interrupted? No worries–your insurance plan covers unforeseen events.
Extension Coverage
Plans offer early departure coverage up to 3 days prior to original departure date or 7 days after the original return date for unforeseen covered events listed in the policy.
Additional Benefits
Late Night Delay
Connections and delays are unfortunate parts of travel. Missed connections will need to be a covered event and delay would start counting on or after 2:00 am local time.
Sportsman’s Equipment
Available only for single trip plans, this benefit adds coverage for owned, borrowed, or rented sports equipment.
Rental Vehicle Coverage
Available as optional coverage for a single trip insurance plan, providing additional protection for your rental vehicle in case of damage.
Search & Rescue
Lost, disoriented, or reported missing while on your trip? This has you covered as an optional benefit to add on single trip plans.
Crisis Response
Rather than an insurance plan, this is a service that provides both international and domestic protection and assistance up to $250,000 for victims of violent crimes, wrongful detention, mysterious disappearance, kidnapping, blackmail, extortion, political threats, hijacking, and acts of terrorism. Additional coverage is available for extra expenses up to $50,000.
