As a GDP participant, you will undergo:
Work-based training for 6 months
The training is designed to help you develop the skills to be a successful insurance leader within our company.

You will learn about the industry, our products, sales, service, operations, and more.

Qualifications
You must have:
A bachelor’s degree in risk management, insurance, or a related major (or be within one year of graduating)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
The ability to obtain a license in both Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) upon successful completion of the internship program
Legal authorization to work in the United States

You are self-motivated and results driven. You have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
You are flexible and adaptable to a demanding and fast-paced work environment
You have the ability to obtain both a Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) license during the program
It will be great if you also happen to have these qualifications:
Professional experience in sales, service, or support (in or outside of the insurance industry)
Prior international work, travel, education, or internship experience
