Claims Update
CorpsCare is pleased to announce a reduction in the paperwork necessary to process claims incurred within the United States. If you seek care from a In-Network (PPO) U.S. provider, your claim will now be filed automatically by your physician.
In some cases it is still necessary for a claims form to be completed in order to receive reimbursement for a covered medical expense. A claim form should be used:
- For covered expenses incurred outside the United States
- For covered expenses incurred outside the U.S. PPO network
- At the request of a Claims Administrator (most often to coordinate benefits)

Peace Corps Authorization
Peace Corps Authorization for Payment of Medical/Dental Services (form PC-127C) can ONLY be processed at the address specified on the authorization form. It should not be sent to Clements International or to MNU.
