International Personal Liability
Comprehensive Personal Liability Insurance
Worldwide protection for sums which you are legally obligated to pay (including defense costs) as damages due to bodily injury and/or property damage to others. This coverage provides protection for you and members of your family living in the same household.
The GlobalEffects program includes $25,000 of Personal Liability coverage. Higher limits of coverage are available. Please see the rate chart for more information.
The Fine Print
- Business pursuits are not covered under this liability coverage.
- Liability arising from the ownership, maintenance or use of automobiles, aircraft and watercraft is excluded.
International Umbrella Coverage
We offer $1M, $2M or $3M of coverage for personal liability beyond the limits provided in our Comprehensive Personal Liability and Automobile Liability coverage. In addition, this insurance protects you against specific losses that would otherwise not be recoverable.
Note: To be eligible you must maintain Comprehensive Personal Liability Insurance at $500,000 and Automobile Liability coverage.
