Jon B. Clements
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Jon Clements joined his family's international insurance agency in 1981 and became president eight years later. Under his leadership, Clements has grown significantly through the expansion and improvement of its global coverages. A recognized leader on international risk, Clements is a popular speaker and educator, both in the US and at embassies and consulates around the world.
Chris Beck
President
Chris Beck joined Clements in 2000 and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He previously led the company's sales divisions as vice president of sales until his appointment to president in 2009. As president, Beck is responsible for positioning Clements as a leading global insurance provider for expatriates and international organizations. Under Beck's leadership, the company has experienced unprecedented growth and success in key business areas, including social responsibility, product development and market expansion. Beck also led Clements to a company milestone, overseeing planning and execution of the London office. He has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Maryland.
Tarun Chopra
Vice President
Tarun Chopra joined Clements Worldwide in 2010 and has over 17 years of experience in finance, accounting, strategy, and M&A leadership with global companies, including Fannie Mae, Whirlpool Corporation, Boston Consulting Group, and Ernst & Young. As vice president of finance, Tarun is responsible for leadership, strategic and oversight accountability of the Finance division, in addition to corporate compliance, among other responsibilities. He has a Chartered Accountancy and earned his MBA from the University of Melbourne.
Kathryn Sprouls
Vice President
Kathryn Sprouls joined Clements Worldwide in May 2007, bringing with her nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Sales, and Operations, from companies such as Borders Books, Barnes and Noble, and The Museum Company. Clements is an excellent fit, as she has also spent several years as an expatriate in Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, and Europe. Sprouls completed her Bachelor's degree and post-graduate work in History.
Dan Tuman
Vice President
Dan Tuman joined Clements Worldwide in 2000 and has over 20 years of insurance experience. As vice president of insurance sales, he leads the retail and wholesale divisions. Dan began his insurance career in 1986 with PMA Insurance Company as a claims representative. He also worked for Reliance Insurance Company in the Claims Department prior to joining Clements. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and obtained the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
